Aim High Head Coach: Tony Woodson Native of San Francisco, California. Graduate of Saint Ignatius College Prepratory (High School) in San Francisco ~ 1980. Awarded athletic scholarship (Football) to the University of Hawaii (Rainbow Warriors) from 1980-1985. Bachelor of Arts degree (Communications) in 1985 ~ University of Hawaii. Undrafted free agent~ Denver Broncos in 1985. Played linebacker for the Calgary Stampeders from 1985-1986. Twice voted Canadian Airlines CFL defensive player of the week in 1986. Played linebacker for the Ottawa Roughriders from 1987-1989. Manager of New Generation Fitness Centre (2500 members) in Ottawa 1989-1990. Winner of Canadian EAS Physique Transformation Contest (Experienced Bodybuilders)1998. Spent several years conducting Personal Training in the fitness industry. Coached youth athletes in multiple sports (Basketball, Soccer, Football, etc...) over last 20 years. A passionate Sports & Fitness enthusiast. Most recently, Head Coach of the Cowboys Pee Wee Football Team ~ 2008, 2010 & 2011 Pee Wee City & Provincial Championship (Div 1)~ all 3 undefeated seasons. Level 1 NCCP Certified. |

Aim High Quarterback Coach: Brad Parkinson Playing experience: 1997-1999: Peewee Cowboys as a RB and FB. Won provincial championships in 1997 and 1999 and finished second in the city championships in 1998. Undefeated seasons in 1997 and 1999. 2000-2001: Bantam Cowboys as a RB and QB. Second in the city championships in 2000 and provincial champion in 2001. Two years on the CBFA All-Star team as well as league MVP in 2001. Undefeated season in 2001. 2002-2004: 2002-Alberta Summer Games Gold Medallist as a QB. St.Francis Browns as a QB. Junior city championship in 2002, city and provincial champion in 2003, 2004 during three consecutive undefeated seasons. CSHSAA allstar in 2004. Coaching experience: 2003-Present: Stambene's Sports Camp Coach. 2005,2007-Present: Peewee Cowboys as a offensive backfield coach. 2008: St. Francis Browns Junior team defensive secondary coach. Aim High Wide Receiver/Tight End Coach: Anthony Woodson ~ Despite being drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (2010) Anthony has decided to return to finish his senior year (2011) with the University of Calgary Dinos Football Team. In 2007 Anthony led Canada West in rushing with 1183 yards, the second best rushing season in U of C history. Also in 2007 led the Dinos with 1294 all-purpose yards...named a Canada West all-star at running back...runner up for Canada West Player of the Year honours....2nd team All-Canadian... Before UC: Earned a spot on the national U-19 team that played at the Global Football Challenge in Miami in February 2007 where the team won the Gold Medal. Played 2005 season in Benicia, Calif leading the Benicia Panthers (High School) with over 1000 yards rushing. Member of Alberta High School provincial team in 2005... Along with Brad Parkinson, Peter Lydiatt & Scott Kirnbauer (all at Aim High) a member of the St Francis Browns High School Football team that won 3 consecutive city and provincial championships... remaining undefeated (33 wins in a row...). Again along with Brad Parkinson, Peter Lydiatt & Scott Kirnbauer a product of the Cowboys Pee Wee, Bantam & Midget Football Team that won multiple City & Provincial Championships. |

Aim High Flag Football Commissioner: Todd McKay ~ A Calgary native. Began playing football in high school for Lord Beaverbrook. Received City All star status infinal year where he led the league in average yards per catch. In 2000 Todd began his coaching career as an assistant coach for Lord Beaverbrook. In 2004 began coaching with the Pee Wee Mavericks program as a wide receiver and running backs coach. In 2006 Todd was promoted to Head Coach of the Pee Wee Mavericks and enjoyed a 6-1-1 season. 2007 marked Todd's second year as Mavericks Pee Wee Head Coach, and once again led the Mavericks to a successful 6 win season. Todd coached the 2009 Maverick Pee Wee Football Team to it's very first Div 1 City Championship Title! Level 2 NCCP Certified. |

Aim High Agility Coach: Peter Lydiatt Currently coaching with the St Francis Browns Football Team. Peter began playing football at the bantam level for the cowboys organization and then went on to enjoy 3 remarkable football season playing with the St. Francis Browns. In 2003 & 2004~ undefeated capturing 2 provincial championships. Peter was also awarded with the defensive back of the year award his senior year at St. Francis. Peter began coaching PeeWee cowboys in 2005.Four seasons later he has continued to enjoy working with and coaching youth football players. "Coaching at Aim High has provided me an opportunity to teach young athlete's fundamental football knowledge and skills that translates into success on the field." Level 1 NCCP Certified. |

Aim High Strength & Conditioning Coach: Gord Stifanyk Gord is a familiar face to North West Calgary football, in particular within the Calgary Cowboys Football Association. He has spent the last 2 years as the position coach for defensive backs with the Cowboys Pee Wee Football Team. Gord is also the founder of Football Ready developmental football camp for youth athletes. Gord also spent a few years leading the Cowboys Flag Football program. Through his efforts, and the hard work of his coaching staff, the Cowboys Flag program fielded 32 players through a successful ten week program. Gord played high school football in Sherwood Park for the Salisbury Sabres. He currently plays for Havoc - Calgary Flag Football Association (CFFA), Division A. Level 1 NCCP Certified. |

Aim High Assistant Coach: Jennifer List Jennifer is born & raised in Fort McMurray. She is currently in her 4th year of Kinesiology at U of C- Jennifer is a very rare find for the Aim High coaching staff in 2011 as she is a former player for the Fort McMurray Trappers (2006) High School Football Team where she was the only female player on the team! Jennifer was a Trainer for the same team 3 summers in a row (2007-2009)- Jennifer has her First Aid & CPR. Jennifer grew up as a gymnast, then coached gym starting at age 12, and started coaching age 5-11 in Power Cheerleading last year. Jennifer is currently a stunter and tumbler on a high level Power Cheerleading Team & competes internationally. As a sports enthusiast Jennifer also competes as a marathon runner, and is currently training for a long course triathlon (half ironman - 2km swim, 90km bike, 21km run).Level 1 NCCP Certified. |

Aim High Defensive Coach: Scott Kirnbauer Started playing football in 1998 for the Peewee Cowboys and finished in 2004 with the St. Francis Browns. Played various positions on both the Offensive and Defensive Line. Won Provincials in 1999 as a Peewee, 2001 as a Bantam (only team to win from Calgary so far), Selected to the 2001 All-Star team and 2002 Alberta summer games team winning gold. Played high school football at St. Francis winning the junior football City championship in 2002, and Capturing the Senior football City and Provincial championship in 2003 and 2004. CSHSAA allstar in 2004. Was awarded with offensive line of the year as a senior. Started Coaching in 2003 as the defensive line coach. Was part of the 2008 Cowboys peewee (city & provincial champions) coaching staff. Level 1 NCCP Certified |

Aim High Defensive Line Coach: Tray Ogden Native of Calgary Alberta, Tray began playing competitive football in 2005 as a DT for William Aberhart H.S. Tray joined the Cowboys Pee Wee coaching staff in 2009 at the young age of 18 years old where he enjoyed a successful first season as a coach.
