NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!
Watching film is a VERY powerful tool that escalates a youth athlete's football development. When a player watches himself in action, he/she can quickly and easily identify the positive result when using proper technique. Conversely, he/she can also visually see what happens when a player fails to use proper technique. Watching film also teaches players proper angles, proper body position, proper tempo, and much, much more! Using proper footwork and proper mechanics (and technique) allows a player to effectively translate speed, agility & power to production on the football field. We like to refer this aspect of training as increasing a player's "Football IQ!"
